she's a lil HF hero i had planned out for a while, basically she was a hero built around the concept of athleticism, and specialized in sprinting after criminals, but Vapour shot the ground in front of her with an explosive energy weapon, causing her lower body to nearly be disintegrated. the damage to her pelvis was so severe that a new pair of legs couldn't be fitted to her, so she was outfitted with a tail. She has a heavy grudge against Vapour and is quite upset by her uselessness outside of water, because of this she has an inferiority complex and she compensates by using a small powerloader mech as much as possible.
