the matoran race is split into three different groups: toa, tohunga, and turaga, so when i talk about toa, im just talking about all three, but anyway, for my headcanon toa are completely organic with the exception of their endo and exoskeletons, there can be males or females of either element, but there is hardly any sexual dimorphism between the two, aside from voices, faces, genitals and ever so slightly, the hip to shoulder ratio, all in all they have a fairly androgynous look. toa, if left alone they will venture around in the nude, only wearing shorts for common decency around glatorian, skakdi, and vortixx, or other clothed races, or a pair of sandals to protect their feet.

toa of fire are skinny as hell, due to the majority of there fat being converted to fuel

toa of ice are usually hefty and need a layer of fat under their "skin"
